So its a private apartment with space for 2 tenants. Location is Raamgracht (1011KJ) which is right next to Nieuwmarkt/Waterlooplein—very central but on a quiet small canal with very little tourists. - Move-in date: early July - Rent: €1408 per person excl. - The apartment: 2 floors with a small patio and 2 bedrooms with both having private bathrooms = Your bedroom: Has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower!
