Hey Gils! We’re currently looking for a new roommate, as one of us is moving out. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two girls and one guy. We’re looking for someone who is TIDY, considerate, and either working or studying. The available room is on the second floor and is approximately 10 m². It’s spacious, well-ventilated, and gets plenty of natural light. The apartment is ideally located—just a 10-minute walk from Tilburg University and the university train station, and about 15 minutes from the city center, both in calm, pleasant areas. Bus stops are only a 5-minute walk away if you prefer public transport. You can also reach major supermarkets like Jumbo, AH, Aldi, and Westermarkt within a 5-minute walk. There’s also a secure shed for bike storage. The apartment includes a large, bright living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and gas stove. The rent is €656 per month, excluding utilities. The room will be available from the beginning of June, and registration is possible.
