Furnished Room next to Utrecht Central station and close to Utrecht Oude Gracht / the center. ( easy to travel to Amsterdam, only 15-25 min train ride) -Furnished room with bed, desk chair, desk, closet. Own sink, newly installed triple glas window, curtains. The room has central heating, a mirror and a door that can be locked. (one room or another room like this) The house has a furnished living room with open kitchen, fully equipped kitchen ( you can use everything). A separate room with a washing machine, a dryer. On the first floor there is a bathroom with double sink, toilet and rains shower. On the ground floor there is an extra toilet. Behind the house there is a very large garden ( 80 M2 ) with sunbeds and a table with chairs. The garden is sunny, quiet and has a a shed for storage. In the living room there is a dinner table with 4 chairs and 2 sofa chairs and a large book case. You will have female roommates only We like a relaxed, friendly and social house, that is clean and organised and where you can feel at home. The room can be rented for 1 month, but flexible with any other period, it can be ideal if you are looking for permanent housing. Utrecht central Station is 7 min walking. Utrecht Oude Gracht is a few min walking. Utrecht Hoog Katherijne shopping center is 5 min. Supermarkets are 1 min walking ( 3 supermarkets) Utrecht Science Park / University is 20 min bike / tram. Utrecht University Utrecht center is 5 min bike. Amsterdam Arena is 21 min ( 7 min walk, then 15 min train) Amsterdam Central Station or Amsterdam South is 30 min.
